How often do we let negative feelings overwhelming us? Whether is anger, fear, jealousy, guilt, shame, pride. Have you stopped to ask yourself what good are they doing you? What purpose are they serving? More commonly than not we tend to cling onto negative emotions and let them spread into our relationships with others. We are angry at our spouse for forgetting to buy milk, we feel jealous of a colleague over a recent promotion, we fear our boss due to the latest downsizing,
